Junction Box Connections Checklist
Screw terminals can loosen over time due to vibration.
Check the screw connections inside the junction box every 2 weeks.
Loose connections can cause equipment failure.
A loose connection can also cause intermittent operation that is difficult to diagnose.
Perform this check as part of your regular maintenance schedule.
Junction Box Connections Checklist
Remove the 2 screws that secure the junction box lid.
Open the lid.
Check the tightness of the 4 screws on the relay connections.
Press the relay down to confirm it is seated securely in the socket.
Check the tightness of the 4 terminal screws on the PWM module.
Check the tightness of the 4 screws on the power fuse connectors.
Check the tightness of the 4 screws on the backing plate.
Close the lid.
Replace and tighten the 2 lid screws.
