Parts Inventory
The Inventory section shows all spare parts available on all Grupo Almar farm sites. Keeping inventory records accurate and current:
allows AeroCARE to show current stock levels
helps track all parts and removed components
makes it easier to manage spare parts across all farms
Inventory Visibility
Each user can only see the farms and inventory assigned to their profile. To request access to additional farms, contact IAS Products.
Viewing Inventory
Select Inventory from the left menu to see all spare parts at the farm. The list shows the part name, quantity, storage location, and serial number if applicable.
Select any column heading to sort the list by that column. A small arrow will show on the column heading that is sorted.
When spare parts are shipped, they will appear in AeroCARE under Almar/Delia as the default location. The parts can then be moved to their final storage location.
Moving Inventory
Parts can be moved to a different storage location within any Almar farm listed.
Select Inventory.
Select the checkbox next to each part to move. Multiple parts can be selected.
Select Move Parts.
For each part, enter the Quantity to Move.
Select the Destination Location from the dropdown.
Select Confirm Move.
To view a history of all inventory movements, select Inventory Move History.
