Serial Number Overview
Each major component manufactured by IAS Products has a unique serial number for identification and tracking purposes.
A serial number consists of two parts: a product prefix and a five-digit unique number.
Serial Number Locations
The serial number is printed on the component or on an attached label.
Feed Controller
The serial number is located on either the underside or right side.
When contacting IAS Products for support, provide the serial number of the affected component. The serial number is printed on the component or on an attached label.
